Visiting Customers to help them increasing efficiency in Philippines

In January of 2020, our management team visit customers in Indonesia and Philippines to see our products current working situation and would like to support customers expending business.

During the trip, we realized there are many companies are family owned company, same as Robust Power. We know how challenge for running a self-employed and family owned company. Would contribute more solution and idea for support customer to increasing efficiency.

Ridwan is a family business owner. His family business has existed more than 20 years, and his business is related to mining, civil construction and government bid and etc. As Ridwan have some unpleasant experience with poor quality and unreasonable designed light towers. Ridwan not sure will light tower products contribute to his business or not. After get some units light tower to trail from Robust, Ridwan has more confidence to sell more light towers to generate profit for his company.

To expending his business, he would like to know more about lighting towers. When he started the conversation with our team, he is confused with light tower’s selection and how to properly introduce different light towers to match with his current customers’ demand. Initially, Ridwan would like to sell same spec light tower as market exist, but, once realizing that this wasn’t enough, the conversation turned to offer more variable option for customer.

Sales manager, Michelle Xiao, comments; ” We introduced Ridwan for all of our different products’ advantages in different usage scenarios. After further communication, Ridwan have more idea to offer value add service to customer. We plan sent full sets of documents to support Ridwan for marking promotions. Our design & engineer team will follow and catch up with his requests, like poster pictures, concept drawing and etc. All of the service are amid to help customer expending market.”
